Directons:

Leave the A1M at Junction 58.

Take the A68 until you reach West Auckland , then turn left onto the A688 , signposted to North Pennines and Teesdale.

Take the third turn off right at the Sun Inn Public House signposted to Cockfield.

Keep on this road then bear right after leaving the village of Esperley and go straight over the crossroads signposted to High Lands.

Go down the hill and at the very bottom is the hamlet of Low Lands.

Turn immediately right after the small bridge , opposite the village sign.

Follow the farm drive and the cottages are on the left hand side.

Swallows Nest guests, please park on the driveway outside the front door.

Stonecroft guests , please park on the cobbles.
